Select Contractors, Inc. specializes in quality commercial remodeling and renovations in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. On site Supervision is provided on every project by one of our experienced Foreman or Superintendents depending on the size and complexity of the job. This includes the coordination of our hourly carpenters along with the Subcontractors. We understand the importance of security as well as privacy and how it relates to the protection of your staff, office equipment, furnishings and information.
Construction
We believe the success of a business is exemplified in long term relationships, which are built on trust and integrity. We approach each job with a Team concept and keep the Owner, Property Manager, Tenant or Architect updated as the project progresses so they can make informed decisions.
We provide realistic, accurate budgets and offer practical value engineering. We have worked with Teams in Design Build Construction from concept to completion, competitive bids, unit price contracts, negotiated work and Time & Material agreements. We have a long history of meeting our completion dates, on time and in budget.

Select has been building strong relationships with reputable, talented Subcontractors as well as first rate suppliers for over twenty years. We understand the importance of all three key ingredients when putting together a competitive, successful project.
